This project showcases our specialized approach to protecting and enhancing traditional stone structures. We were tasked with resolving water infiltration issues while maintaining the original aesthetic and color of the masonry — both on a modern yellow-stone villa and a classic Lebanese traditional house.

Water infiltration through stone facades causes structural degradation, efflorescence, and surface damage over time. The challenge was to provide lasting protection without altering the natural appearance of the stone — particularly critical for the traditional Lebanese house with its iconic arched windows, wrought-iron balcony, and heritage character.

A fully protected, water-tight home that retains every bit of its natural charm and character. Our use of industry-leading Sika technology ensures long-term durability against the elements without compromising architectural integrity.

Surface Preparation & Deep Cleaning

Scaffolding erected for full access. Thorough cleaning and preparation of all stone surfaces, removing years of accumulated grime while preserving the original stone character.

Invisible Waterproofing with Sika Facade

Application of Sika's specialized facade waterproofing system — a breathable, invisible coating that repels water while allowing moisture vapor to escape from within the stone. This preserves the natural color and texture completely.

Hardscape Finishing: Tile Installation & Repair

Complementary hardscape work including tile installation and repairs to surrounding surfaces, ensuring a complete, integrated waterproofing solution from facade to ground level.
