In this project, our team focused on the technical integration of modern aluminum door systems with natural stone masonry. Achieving a seamless, weather-tight transition between these two distinct materials requires both precision and the right industrial-grade components.

A poorly sealed gap between stone masonry and aluminum door frames doesn't just look unfinished — it can lead to significant energy loss and water ingress. The irregular surface of natural stone makes it particularly difficult to create a uniform, lasting seal against precision-milled aluminum profiles.

A fully sealed, weather-tight integration where the architectural beauty of the stone remains the focal point. The use of premium Sika materials ensures long-term durability against Lebanon's Mediterranean climate — UV, rain, and thermal cycling.

Careful evaluation of the stone-to-aluminum interface, identifying gaps and irregularities that required treatment before sealing.
Premium Sika Sealant Application
Using industrial-grade Sika products, we applied a flexible, weather-resistant sealant that bonds to both stone and aluminum, accommodating the natural expansion and contraction of both materials.
Precision Finishing
Each joint was tooled and finished to create a clean, professional appearance that preserves the architectural beauty of the stone while ensuring a long-lasting, functional seal.
